Infinity Room is an immersive installation featuring two LED walls and two mirrored walls, powered by a real-time simulation that was commissioned by Brawhaus and ran for 24 hours during an event in Milan.
The piece, engineered in TouchDesigner, features a massive particle system that ebbs and flows in real-time through a 7 minute experience. It incorporates two color palettes and infinite unique seeds, which alternate with each iteration of the experience. Several parameters are linked to the time of day, causing the visuals to transform as time progresses. For instance, certain particle effects intensify at night to match the evening’s event and it’s celebratory energy.
The piece features a massive particle simulation that ebbs and flows in real-time through a 7 minute looped experience. It incorporates two color palettes and infinite unique seeds, meaning that each time the experience is distinct, despite certain modulations being controlled by a timeline.
The system was designed to maintain visual variety while adapting to time-based changes. By swapping between color palettes and seeds, the installation ensures that no two moments in the Infinity Room are identical, creating a dynamic environment that responds to the changing energy of the event throughout the day and night.
